Tucked in the heart of the Arts District, Millwick’s tropical greenery and open-air layout created a beautiful oasis in the middle of the city—ideal for a celebration that felt effortlessly relaxed, stylish, and full of love.
The day unfolded with so much joy from the moment Kristyne stepped into her dress, surrounded by natural light and tropical plants. Their first look was tucked into one of Millwick’s greenery-lined courtyards, and the ceremony space, surrounded by bamboo and warm, earthy textures, set the stage for an emotional exchange of vows with their closest family and friends.
Afterward, guests moved into the industrial-chic reception area where long communal tables, market lights, and thoughtful details came together for a cozy and elegant dinner party vibe. One of my favorite moments? Their portraits against the bold murals around the venue and DTLA alleys—a perfect contrast to the venue’s organic interior.
