As a wedding photographer, I am always excited to capture the special moments of a couple’s big day. Still, there was something extra special about Chris and Grant’s wedding at the historic Thornewood Castle in Washington. This wedding was truly unforgettable, from the Great Gatsby-themed decor to the stunning location.

It was a rainy day in Washington, but that didn’t dampen the spirits of this amazing couple and their loved ones. Chris and Grant rented out every room at Thornwood Castle for the weekend, so everyone could spend time together and make memories that would last a lifetime.

Being originally from Washington, I know rain is inevitable. Still, it usually comes and goes, so despite the rain, we made the most of the beautiful surroundings during the dry spells and captured some awesome photos. The Thornewood Castle was the perfect backdrop for this Great Gatsby-themed wedding, and it was a joy to photograph every moment.
