As an elopement photographer, I get to witness couples start their journey of marriage in some of the most breathtaking places. This time, it was Joshua Tree National Park where I had the honor of capturing Lisette and Jack’s elopement.

Hailing from the UK, Lisette, and Jack were excited to explore Joshua Tree National Park for the first time. They described it as otherworldly, and I couldn’t agree more.

Lisette and Jack had already tied the knot a few days prior at the Santa Barbara Courthouse. But, they wanted to wait to take photos in Joshua Tree to mark their marriage.

The couple brought a fun, laid-back energy to the shoot. We walked through the desert, stopping at different spots along the way. We were surrounded by the warm light of the desert sky as the sun set, which always makes for some amazing images.

Working with Lisette and Jack and sharing in their big day was such a pleasure. Congrats to the newlyweds, and I appreciate you letting me record these special moments for you.
