Intimate Malibu Elopement | Jaimee & Trace

Jaimee and Trace’s wedding day was a perfect example of how elopements can be just as special as large weddings. With only twelve of their closest family members in attendance, they exchanged vows on a hillside in Malibu at an Airbnb that was once owned by a Backstreet Boy.

I love capturing intimate weddings and elopements because they allow for a more relaxed and personal experience. Jaimee and Trace’s day was no exception. We started the day with some getting-ready photos and a first look with Jaimee’s dad. Then it was time for the ceremony, which was held on the hillside overlooking the ocean. It was a beautiful setting and made for some stunning photos.

After the ceremony, we took a hike up the hills next to the property for some even more amazing views of the ocean and Los Angeles. Jaimee and Trace were awesome to photograph, and their love for each other was evident in every shot. The day was filled with laughter, love, and plenty of memories.

The reception was a cozy and intimate affair, with dinner and drinks shared among the family. It was so special to be a part of such an intimate gathering, and I felt so privileged to capture these moments for Jaimee and Trace.

In the end, Jaimee and Trace’s wedding day was a perfect reminder that big things can come in small packages. Elopements and intimate weddings can be just as special and memorable as large celebrations. Congratulations to the happy couple, and may your love continue to grow stronger with each passing day.
