I had the pleasure of photographing a day after session with Kelly and Michael recently, and it was an absolute blast! It’s always a treat to work with my couples beyond just the wedding day, and day-after sessions are an excellent way to capture even more stunning photos of the happy couple without the stress of the wedding day timeline.

For Kelly and Michael’s session, we chose the beautiful Pasadena City Hall as our location. It was the perfect complement to their wedding venue, with its 1920s vibe and stunning architecture. I always love doing sessions here, as there are endless possibilities for creative shots and beautiful backdrops.

We enjoyed exploring the area and capturing some beautiful moments between the newlyweds. We headed to the iconic Colorado Bridge for sunset to finish the day. There, we were treated to a breathtaking sunset with the most incredible clouds in the sky. It was the perfect end to a wonderful day, and I’m so grateful to have been a part of it.
