I get to capture some of life’s most precious moments and meet incredible couples. Diane and Shawn are one such couple I first met at their friend’s wedding in September of last year. It was a pleasure to hear from them again and to have the opportunity to work with them on their special day, which took place earlier this month at The Victorian, a stunning wedding venue in Santa Monica.

Before the wedding day, Diane and I had a chance to collaborate on a bridal portrait session, allowing us to capture some beautiful images without the time constraints and pressures of the wedding day timeline. The Victorian provided a breathtaking backdrop for our session. Working with Diane in such a lovely setting was truly a joy.

On the wedding day, the couple had a 1950s style. It went perfectly with this historic home setting, creating a beautiful atmosphere reflecting the couple’s unique style and personality. Despite the rainy weather, the day was an absolute blast, filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments I was honored to capture on camera.

It was an incredible experience working with Diane and Shawn. I am grateful to have been a part of their special day.
