Bryan and Teresa both attended the same university, graduated and after getting a little encouragement from a mutual friend Teresa and Bryan decided to try going out on a date with each other. After learning they both shared a love for sports, Bryan arranged their first date to be a Ducks game followed by dinner and margaritas at El Torito. Two and a half years later on a quiet weekday night Bryan took Teresa to their favorite trusty spot El Torito; after they ordered and said cheers with their margaritas, Bryan slid the ring across the table and asked Teresa to marry him. She of course said yes! Teresa told me “As strong believers in love…it never gave up on us. Ever since that first night, we have been by each other’s side. We are so happy to be planning our wedding and can continue to add more pages to our storybook. We like to believe that happily ever after does exist and it’s not only in fairytales.” This past weekend I got to help them add a couple pages to that book with their engagement session at Thomas F Riley Park, one of my favorite spots. I had so much fun with these two and I am looking froward to the wedding in November.

Back before I discovered the wonderful world of wedding photography I was a guy in college studying theatre. It was at that same college that I met Jared and Jessica who would also meet and fall in love. When I heard they were getting married I was hoping they would contact me for the wedding and I was thrilled when they did. This past weekend they tied the knot at The Highlands Springs Resort in Cherry Valley. What an amazing location for a wedding! The wedding was a beautiful, intimate affair with close family and a few close friends. Congratulations Jared and Jessica! Thank you for letting me capture your day!
